The Enchanted Bookshop - Kids (7-12) Performance Class

$200.00

Directed by Alexandra Rovirosa

Where books come to life — and young actors discover their voice.

By day, A Likely Story is a quiet used bookstore.
But when the lights go out, something magical happens — the stories awaken.

This spring, our young performers will step into that enchantment as they bring The Enchanted Bookshop to life — a heartwarming comedy where beloved characters like Dorothy Gale, Robin Hood, Pollyanna, Sherlock Holmes, Heidi, and Tom Sawyer join forces to save their bookstore home.

It’s a story about courage, friendship, and the timeless magic of imagination — and your child is invited to be part of it.

What to Expect

Over twelve weeks, students will learn the art of stage performance while gaining skills that extend far beyond the theatre.
Under the direction of Alexandra Rovirosa, young actors will explore voice, movement, and character through hands-on rehearsal and guided play. Along the way, they’ll grow in:

  • Confidence — finding their voice and presence on stage

  • Teamwork — learning to listen, support, and collaborate

  • Creativity — using imagination to bring stories to life

  • Discipline — practicing commitment and follow-through

The semester culminates in a fully staged performance on April 24, 2026, where students share their growth, joy, and artistry with family and friends.
